After wetting the hair, massage Selsun onto the scalp to form lather and keep for 2-3 minutes. Thoroughly rinse hair, skin, hands, and nails to remove all traces of the product. Rinse thoroughly and completely. Use twice weekly for two weeks and then only when necessary or as directed by the Physician.
