Handling Charge

Some products have a disproportionate selling price to shipping weight/volume ratio or require special packaging. For such items, Homoeobazaar may apply an additional Handling Charge to ensure safe transit.

In addition, certain brands may ship via Express Delivery and/or specialized Safe-Packaging. When applicable, a per-product Convenience Charge will be clearly shown on the product page before checkout.

Serviceable Locations

Homoeobazaar.com ships orders to most PIN codes across India. Serviceability depends on our courier partners’ network and local regulations. You can check availability at checkout by entering your PIN code.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Domestic shipments: Usually within 3–5 working days from dispatch.
• International shipments: Not available at present; will be introduced soon.

Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public/national holidays at both origin and destination. Bulky/oversized items or products restricted from air carriage (as per regulations) are shipped by surface; such consignments may take 7–15 working days.

Shipping Partners

To ensure timely and safe delivery, we work with trusted logistics providers such as Delhivery, DTDC, FedEx, Aramex, and other reliable partners, selected based on serviceability for your PIN code.

Overseas Delivery

International shipping is currently unavailable and is planned for a future phase. Please watch this space for updates.

Billing & Shipping Address

Please enter accurate contact details (name, address, PIN code, mobile number, and email) at checkout. Order and shipping updates will be sent to the details provided. Delivery will be attempted only to the address specified in the Shipping Address at the time of order and cannot be changed after the order is placed.

Placing an order on Homoeobazaar.com is a firm purchase commitment. Kindly review product details, quantity, price, and address before confirming your order.

Re-attempts & Other Charges

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, or recipient unavailability, the order may be re-shipped upon request. Additional shipping/handling charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Delays & Liability

While we strive for on-time delivery, Homoeobazaar.com is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., courier constraints, weather, strikes, lockdowns, route restrictions, or regulatory checks). If an order is significantly delayed and you no longer wish to receive it, please contact us—eligible cases may be refunded as per our refund/returns policy. In any case, Homoeobazaar’s liability is limited to the value of the order.
