Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Definition
A Return is the process of sending back a product purchased on Homoeobazaar.com. You may request a return when any of the situations below occur:
- The item delivered is different from what you ordered.
- The item is expired or near expiry (for medicines, anything with less than 3 months of shelf life remaining).
- The item is damaged in transit or the seal appears tampered.
Important: If a package appears damaged or the seal is broken at delivery, please refuse the shipment. If damage is discovered after opening, you may raise a return request for a refund. Replacements are subject to stock availability; if a replacement is unavailable, we will process a refund.
Return Window & Verification
- Return requests must be raised within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.
- After you submit a request, Homoeobazaar will verify the claim and may coordinate with the relevant vendor or brand to validate batch details and the condition of the product.
- If your request is approved, we will initiate the return pickup and refund process.
- Frivolous, fraudulent or misrepresented claims may be rejected and may attract appropriate action.
Return Conditions
- Orders placed in error or change-of-mind do not qualify for return.
- The batch/lot number on the returned product must match the invoice.
- Returns due to change in prescription are not eligible.
- Products must be returned in their original manufacturer packaging with all labels, price tags, barcodes and the purchase invoice.
- Only unopened packs/strips/bottles are eligible. Partially used or opened items cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Categories
For safety and hygiene, the following categories (as marked “Non-returnable” on the product page) are not eligible:

How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at info@homoeobazaar.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos (if damaged), and a brief description.
- Our support team will review your request within 72 business hours and share next steps.
- Pack the item in its original packaging for pickup. We will schedule a reverse pickup where serviceable; otherwise, we may request you to ship it to a designated address and reimburse reasonable courier charges.
Refunds
- Refunds are initiated after the returned item passes quality checks (or, in case of damage/incorrect item, after claim approval).
- Refund timelines:
- Prepaid orders (online payment/wallet): refunded to the original payment method or store wallet.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): refunded via bank transfer to the customer’s account.
- Once approved, refunds are typically completed within 7–10 working days of reverse pickup delivery to our facility. Bank processing times may vary; we’ll notify you when the refund is initiated.
Shipping Charges
Estimated shipping charges are shown in the cart at checkout and may vary by order value, weight/volumetric weight, destination PIN code, and any special handling requirements. For shipping queries, write to info@homoeobazaar.com.
Order Cancellations
Customer-Initiated
- Products can be cancelled before dispatch. Orders marked as “Shipped” cannot be cancelled.
Homoeobazaar-Initiated
We may cancel orders (fully or partially) due to reasons including but not limited to: stock unavailability, listing or pricing errors, restrictions on shipping to the destination, or suspected fraudulent activity. We may also cancel “bulk”/resale-intent orders at our discretion, such as:
- Multiple orders for the same product to the same address in a short period
- Unusually large quantities of a single product
- Invalid/incomplete address details
- Use of improper means to place orders
No cancellation fee applies for cancellations made in line with this policy. Any paid amount will be refunded per the refund terms above.
